Refund policy

Request a refund within seven days of purchase if the PDF has not been substantially downloaded or used, or if the delivered product does not match the exam code shown at checkout.

How to request

Email support@cert-core.com from the purchase address and include the exam code and order number. We review the delivery and access record before confirming eligibility.

Problems with a file

If a download is corrupt or the wrong edition is delivered, contact support first so we can replace it promptly.
